Booking and Payments

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed 3 days before departure.
Prices exclude international flights, visas, insurance and personal expenses unless stated.

Cancellation Policy

12+ weeks before departure: 5% fee.
6 to 12 weeks: 25% fee.
2 to 6 weeks: 50% fee.
0 to 1 week: 100% fee.

In case of government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure events, trips may be rescheduled or refunded subject to supplier policies.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory.
Insurance must cover medical evacuation and cancellation.

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose medical conditions before travel.
Required vaccinations are the traveler’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised.

Liability

Kenda Safaris acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other service providers. Liability is limited to the total tour cost paid.

Governing Law

All bookings are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
